Safe roads and bridges are a core responsibility of state government. We waste too much time in traffic and need to focus on maintaining and expanding our roads for more efficient and safe travel. Jon supported the republican plan to utilize existing revenue instead of raising the gas tax or a metro wide only increase in the sales tax.
